Welcome to Bluebird Fit💙

Whether you are looking to relax and stretch, or sweat and dance, I offer a variety of fitness classes that range from beginner to cardio junkie.

Teaching is my jam! I love working with newbies and empowering ladies to just be themselves. I'm all about a chill vibe in class, so don't worry about being perfect. We'll just have fun and crush some goals together! You can always expect some tunes in my classes to set the mood and have a blast. My classes are a fusion of different styles, including Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Cardio, and Mobility. I love to offer Mommy & Me classes and work with children.

I offer classes out of Sweat & Sparkle Women's Fitness in Hillsboro, Ohio.
