Beginner Pilates/Yoga
  • A blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Mobility exercises class. We'll take it slow and steady, and smoothly transitioning between movements.

  • Our focus will be on proper alignment, so expect to hear alignment cues throughout the session. This class is perfect for all levels and is aimed at building core strength, balance, flexibility, and relieving tension.

  • Plus, we'll be rocking upbeat tunes from Pop, Country, Classic Rock, and Acoustic genres, setting the stage for a happy and grateful mindset.

  • This is PERFECT if you have never tried any of these workout styles before.

Bluebird Fusion (Workout)
  • This class is a creation of Bluebird Fit and no others are like it! Taking Pilates/yoga/dance/plyometrics to the next level!

  • Beginners are welcome, and don't worry, we'll guide you with alignment cues. Be prepared to torch 300-550 calories in one session! Modify any movements to meet your body and goals, we are all on a fitness journey and that looks and feels different for everyone!

  • This is where your inner bada** takes center stage! We're talking sweat dripping, heart thumping, a**-kicking classes that lets you leave it all on the mat. And with our core focus on music, you can bet there'll be loud bass thumping tracks to keep you pumped up. These movements will all come from bodyweight exercises- no weights or other props. If it's dark enough outside, we will break out the laser lights!

  • Just a heads up, our tunes will include explicit lyrics (think Rap, Hip Hop, EDM, Rock, Pop, Powwow step, Latin Rap, Remixes, and Techno).

Dance Sculpt

Dance Sculpt is a class that combines many varieties of music with dance and exercise moves. My class will help to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, agility, and strength. It's is fun and easy to follow, even for beginners.

I will add a few new songs each week- but don’t worry if you are new to a class I will guide you !

Music is essential to these classes and you will hear a variety of genres including hip hop/ pop/ rap/ edm/ remixes/ Latin.

If you have any song requests please let me know, these helps me build out a playlist.

  • Weights are optional and modify any movements to meet your needs. (dumbbell, kettlebell, bands)
  • Wear something comfortable including tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.
  • Just a heads up, our tunes will include explicit lyrics (think Rap, Hip Hop, EDM, Rock, Pop, Powwow step, Latin Rap, Remixes, and Techno).
  • Age- Adult or child must attend with adult (I do use songs with explicit lyrics).

Interval Sculpt

  • NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT! Interval Sculpt
  • 1 hour in length
  • Classes can feature a blend of Weights, Body Weight Exercises, light cardio and Stretches.
  • 5 Rounds 50 second work with 10 second rest (warm up, water breaks, cool down). Last round will focus on core only.

  • We will use yoga mats: I recommend you bring your own, or I have a few at the studio.
  • Great for Beginners!!
