- NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT! Interval Sculpt
- 1 hour in length
- Classes can feature a blend of Weights, Body Weight Exercises, light cardio and Stretches.
- 5 Rounds 50 second work with 10 second rest (warm up, water breaks, cool down). Last round will focus on core only.
- We will use yoga mats: I recommend you bring your own, or I have a few at the studio.
- Great for Beginners!!
