Interval Sculpt & Step

  • Taking Intercal Sculpt and Kicking It Up Notch with MORE Cardio!
  • 1 hour in length.
  • Classes can feature a blend of Weights, Body Weight Exercises, Step Cardio bursts, and Stretches.
  • Full body focus.
  • Be ready to get sweaty!
  • 5 Rounds 50 second work with 10 second rest (warm up, water breaks, cool down).

  • We will use yoga mats: I recommend you bring your own, or I have a few at the studio.
